These wonderful East Coast clients reached out after visiting family in Portland and seeing our work firsthand. The couple both work from home, and were in the process of finally harnessing their unused basement space to increase their home’s functionality.

They needed to carve out space for a full bathroom, laundry room, kitchenette, and a full-time office for a video production company that could then also serve as a part-time family room and/or guest room.

They were also very clear that the new bathroom needed to not only be functional for work hours, but also have a soothing and spa-like feel for post hot-tubs and weekend relaxation,

Working closely with their East Coast-based contractor we were able to provide a custom bathroom design that completely fits their aesthetic and needs, all without ever seeing the space in person!
